A reconstituted veneer (or recomposed veneer) is a man-made veneered produced from softwood where veneers are systematically dyed to mimic the look of natural wood. This process allows reconstituted veneer to have grain consistency and outstanding color. Reconstituted wood veneers are free from natural wood defects and are identical from one sheet to another when purchased together. This makes them suitable for projects where consistency is important such as furniture production.
Our reconstituted teak veneer offers a natural teak design at a cheaper price than natural teak veneer and comes in both Quarter cut and Crown cut pattern. Besides teak, we also have reconstituted veneer in Keruing (Gurjan) design.
Reconstituted Teak is also available on MDF and particle board.
